sooooo what is number theory exactly. the name is self explanatory, it relates to how numbers apply to more and more complicated branches of math. so far we have learned about classifying numbers such as prime composite integer and whatnot. we have also been working with logs exponents lcd gcm....etc... basically we have been involved with number theory for a while but we may or may not have been aware of it
